An open specification for the agent revision record: who changed what, under what authority, approved by which human. Signed, tamper-evident, and carried inside the document itself.
7.1 Term of Agreement. The term of this Agreement is twelve (12) months eighteen (18) months from the Effective Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 9.
7.2 Renewal. This Agreement shall renew for successive terms unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least sixty (60) days before the end of the then-current term.
9.2 Termination for Convenience. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice as set out in Exhibit B, provided all outstanding fees have been paid in full.
Manifest
Who may act. Parties, public keys, documents, anchors. Stated in the file.
Mandate
What they may do. Authority granted, scoped, and signed. Never claimed in a prompt.
Turn
A signed revision event. What changed, by whom, chained to everything before it.
Approval
A human said yes, bound to the exact bytes they saw. The only way a turn lands.
